I’m often drawn to buildings that stand alone, much like our attraction to a solitary mountain over a range or an individual versus a crowd. They possess a unique, portrait-like quality. I was captivated by the scale-less nature of this building. Although a nearby structure, partially visible on the right, suggests its six-story height, I wanted to highlight this one on its own. I was particularly intrigued by the single small door and the top-floor windows, which imply minimal human presence amidst the expansive space occupied by large production equipment. When a building is designed for functionality rather than aesthetics, it reveals a clear narrative of its essence.
